KERN-DEUDIAM with new diamond segments and tools at Bauma 2025

The German diamond tool and machinery manufacturer, KERN-DEUDIAM from Hövelhof is doubling down on sustainable solutions at bauma 2025. They are showcasing a range of more eco-friendly diamond segments and tools, along with professional machinery. One of the highlights is the innovative, cobalt-free diamond segments under the DTOX product line.

Like most products from this family-owned company in North Rhine-Westphalia, these segments are entirely produced in Germany. Since its launch, the DTOX diamond tool portfolio has steadily expanded to include various products. The long-established and highly successful UNIX2 dry core drill will now also be presented at the leading trade fair in Munich with DTOX segments, along with a selection of premium wall saw blades.

Dry Core Drilling in Concrete with Soft Percussion

Another important subject in 2025 remains dry drilling with soft percussion and extraction. This innovative processing method allows for precise drilling without the use of water, significantly improving working conditions on-site. This technology is particularly suitable for work in sensitive environments where water use could be problematic. Due to its simplicity and performance, it is increasingly replacing wet drilling on many construction sites.

New: WEKA Warranty Repair and Comprehensive Service Program

In addition to new tools and updated (electric) floor saws, KERN-DEUDIAM is also introducing a comprehensive and professional service program at Bauma 2025. New is the company’s offer of warranty repairs for all WEKA motors.

This year, KERN-DEUDIAM brings together colleagues from all regions and areas of expertise in our industry, as well as our product experts, at bauma. Get inspired and take the opportunity to exchange ideas in a pleasant atmosphere and make valuable contacts!
