Women in drilling & sawing: share your story!

The International Association of Concrete Drillers and Sawers, is proud to announce a new Women’s Voices initiative dedicated to celebrating the women shaping the drilling and sawing industry worldwide.

In the lead-up to March 8th, IACDS is inviting women to share short video testimonies highlighting their professional journeys, daily responsibilities, challenges, and achievements within the sector. From on-site drilling and sawing operations to engineering, technical planning, finance, marketing, and executive leadership, every role contributes to the strength and evolution of the industry.

The initiative aims to showcase the diversity, expertise, and leadership of women working throughout the concrete drilling and sawing field.

Selected videos will be featured in a special International Women’s Day newsletter and promoted across IACDS communication channels, helping shine a well-deserved spotlight on the women driving progress in the industry.

Participants are encouraged to submit their videos by March 2nd to info@iacds.org. Bear in mind that the videos must be in horizontal format, in English and of a lenght maximum of 2 minutes.
