SNED and SRBTP merge in SEDDRe

The French Association of Demolition, Decontamination and Concrete Drilling and Sawing, SNED, member of IACDS, has merged with the French Recycling Association, SRBTP, in SEDDRe.

This fact was held officially in the frame of the SNED Annual Meeting 2018, held from the 31st of May to 2nd of June in Reims, France.

By this way, SEDDRe has become in one of the main players in the construction sector in France, because now it is stronger in the lobbying game.

In addition, this merge can promote cooperation between companies (demolition and recycling) to develop new and/or better offers.

SEDDRe noted the importance that waste has in the deconstruction process (legally, operationally, financially), and the necessity to understand well the recycling activity.

On the other hand, the SNED Annual Meeting 2018 was a success with 350 attendants and 70 exhibitors, while the winner of SNED’s innovation price was SERFIM recycling, company that develops a specific process to recycle plaster brick.
