
IACDS invites the professionals interested in participating in the Annual Convention 2017, to be speakers during the conference program with a presentation about concrete drilling and sawing topics.
Professionals from several countries will attend this Convention to discover the last industry trends, discuss common objectives and work on best practices for the industry.
General guidelines for submissions
- Submissions have to be sent using the form below.
- The main language of the conference is English. All the submissions have to be done in English; depending on the request, there will be interpretation from-to several languages.
- Submitting an abstract implies a commitment to attend and do the presentation at the IACDS Annual Convention 2017
- Commercial papers will not be accepted.
- In order to ensure broad participation, abstracts are limited to one per author.
- All the submissions accepted for presentations could be used as materials for publication in the association areas and will be included in the conference book.
General terms for speakers
- If your abstract is selected, IACDS will give you a free Conference ticket for the Convention as well as 2 nights of accommodation. The speaker will assume any other costs.
- All the presentations (PPT files are shown on the screen and/or summary of the presentation) have to be done in English.
- There will be simultaneous interpretation of several languages, depending on the demand of the participants. If there is interpretation from-to another language the speaker may do the presentation on that language, if not the presentation will have to be done in English.
- Submitting an abstract implies a commitment to attend and do the presentation at the IACDS Annual Convention 2017.
- During the Convention, the speakers have to be available for questions and/or round table debate about the topics presented.
