IACDS keeps working in the organization of its Annual Convention 2017, which will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 18-20, 2017.
During three days full of activities, the event offers the opportunity of improving the knowledge about the concrete cutting activity.
On Thursday 18th, there will be two workshops:
- Anchoring of tools: guidelines and recommendations
- Marketing the expertise of the specialists. A debate about tolerances and advanced applications
On Friday 19th, in the frame of the conference program, there will be presentations about this topics: addressing risks to workers from exposure to respirable crystalline silica, European Professional Card for concrete sawing and drilling workers and IACDS Standard for tolerances on concrete sawing and drilling, among others.
In addition, IACDS has organized other activities, as a leisure program on Friday for the companions, a gala dinner the same day and a visit tour on Saturday.
IACDS Annual Convention 2017 mainly addresses experts and designers related to this specialized trade; managers from this sector: contractors, suppliers, engineering, etc; professionals from different profiles of the organizing association and professionals from other entities related to the trade, among others.
This event will clearly create a frame of reference for the debate between the decision-makers of the trade, cultivating the exchange of best practice and offering new opportunities for all the actors.
