The event will have a specific area where the supplier companies can show their products and services to a high number of contractors who will attend the event.
IACDS, in the frame of its Annual Convention 2017, to be held on May, 18-20, in Vienna (Austria) offers two different options to participate.
The exhibitor package includes a desk at the exhibition area, the logo of the company in the event materials (mailing, program, newsletters…), and two professional tickets.
On the other hand, the sponsor package includes, as well as the benefits of the sponsor package, the logo in a preferential position and in a bigger size, four professionals tickets, four tickets for the formal dinner and a full page of advertising in the conference book.
Every coffee break, lunch or meeting activity during the Annual Convention will take place in the exhibition area, so these companies will be able to show their products and services, as well as promoting their brand and strengthen the added value of their company.
Apart from the previous packages, IACDS offers extra packages of sponsorship: the lanyard, the delegate bag of the attendants and the welcome cocktail, although the company TYROLIT has already confirmed its sponsorship of this welcome cocktail.
Finally, it is important to know it does not allow the participation of other suppliers in the event, which are not exhibitors, sponsors, and protectors, as assistants.
