The German Association for Concrete Drilling and Sawing, FBS, which is part of IACDS, held its General Meeting on 21 March 2026 in Willingen, following the BeBoSa trade fair.
During the meeting, Mr. Michael Findeis was elected Vice Chairman, taking over from Mr. Michael Huber, who stepped down after more than 20 years of service on the association’s board.
Members also elected Mr. Oskar Achatz as a new board assessor. Achatz is Managing Director of Koop Diamanttechnik GmbH & Co. KG and has already been actively involved in FBS through its cost calculation committee and master craftsman training programme.
Also, IACDS was present and Mr. Roderich Braun offered a brief presentation.
As a valued member of IACDS, FBS continues to play an important role in supporting professional standards, training, and industry development within the concrete drilling and sawing sector.
