Considerations for wall sawing
In wall sawing the redundancy of 2 or more anchors helps.
Maximum pressing force (FN) on a saw blade is determined by the torque (MD) exerted by the machine and by the sharpness (µ) of the blade.
Anchor load (FA) is defined by FN and rail foot geometry. Pressing force (FN) is steered by the saw head.
Due to the use of the redundancy of a minimum of two anchors the wall sawing application is relatively uncritical, as long as standard rail fixations are used.
