PK UNIQUE PROJECTS enters the Diamond Award 2025

The Indian company PK UNIQUE PROJECTS joins the Diamond Award 2025 with a job made in Chennai City, India. The job is called “Dismantling of Linac Bunker slab and Wall” and it took place in Rainbow Hospital, in the Indian city. The job, finished in February 2024, took place in one of Rainbow Hospitals, which is a chain of pediatric hospitals.
A proposed cancer hospital structure was acquired by the Rainbow Hospital group and subsequently converted into a children’s hospital. Because of that, they desired the demolition of the Linac Bunker, a massive RCC structure wall thick 1.5m & Slab thick 2.4 m located under the closed roof. Moreover, they needed to wall/slab that was built in accordance with the initial proposal.
They used diverse techniques such as handling system load tests, witness by consultant and back propping. Also, some operations took place, such as core drilling, lifting hook fixing, hoist arrangement, wire sawing, cut pieces handling, and cut piece stacking. By doing so, they focused their operations on being sustainable, segregating the concrete debris and reinforcement from the demolition.
