Mr. Michael Findeis, new member of the Board of Directors

The International Association of the Concrete Drillers and Sawers, IACDS, is very pleased to introduce you the CEO of the FINDEIS Betonbohrservice GmbH as a new Board member.
Born in 1970 in Vienna, Austria, Mr. Michael Findeis studied business administration in Nuremberg following successful completion of MBA studies in Dundee, Scotland (1997).
Working in the following months for Microsoft as Service Manager he returned back to Germany as a Project Manager at the family owned business (1998).
In the following years he modernized the internal Organisation and in 2008 he was appointed as CEO, where he transformed the business model from a mainly local to an international operating company, while the core business is still at the HQ.
In 2011 he became member of the pay scale committee of the German Association (FACHVERBAND BETONBOHREN UND -SÄGEN DEUTCHLAND e.V.) and in 2012 he was appointed as the regional chairman of Germany South/East.
Since june 2016, we welcome him to the Board of the IACDS and wish him the very best for the future and the oncoming challenges.
