How to attract new talents: the main topic of our Yearbook

The attraction of new talent and management of human resources is a hot topic in many industries, and the drilling and cutting sector is no exception. The arrival of new technologies, globalization and other societal changes greatly affected the workforce. Now, it is our turn to analyze the current state of affairs, adapt and overcome the difficulties it brought with itself.
This is the reason why we chose it as the main topic of the IACDS Yearbook 2023!
All of the National Associations involved in IACDS will offer their unique perspective on this matter. By doing that, we can offer different points of view and look for common solutions, bringing the industry together once again.
