DeeTec Tools LLP is entering the Diamond Award 2025 with a product submission: Pagoda diamond Wire with HBB beads. The wire, launched in September 2024, is an innovative wire that accelerates cutting speeds and ensures optimal performance throughout its lifespan.
HIP Brazed Beads (HBB) have full diamond depth up to the tube thus having 2-3X more diamond as compared to conventional sintered, electroplated, vacuum wire beads, and depending on the application, diamond wires are fitted with between 40 to 55 beads per meter. The Pagoda Diamond Wire maintains its three-step form well, reducing contact area and significantly increasing cutting speed. Its beads, made with HIP technology and 3D diamond placement, enable faster cutting until the inner core of the wire.
The company maintains that it is highly innovative and original because Diamond Beads are firmly locked onto the high-strength wire to avoid bead rotation, and Diamond Placement ensures even diamond distribution for better performance life. Moreover, it is environmentally friendly with near zero heavy metals such as cobalt & nickel.
