Do you remember the last winners of the Dimond Award?

The Diamond Award 2013 was delivered in the frame of the Trade fair Bauma in Munich, Germany, on 19th of April, 2013.
The first prize went to the company Talls, Forats i Ancoratges, S.L. (Spain) for the job “Opening 99 holes (2,50 x 5,00 x 0,50 meters), on the side of the box girders that form the dock in the port of Castellón”.
The company Thayr S.L. (Spain) won the second prize with its an underwater demolition of 4 provisional piers of the A-44 Guadalfeo viaduct cutting each pier with diamond wire at a level of -20m below the water level, and sinking the piers in the reservoir.
Finally, the third prize went to the company Marutatsu Road Co. Ltd (Japan) for its job “Removal of concrete slab from the exiting bridge in the urban area with heavy traffic”
The Diamond Award is an internationally recognized competition for the concrete sawing and drilling companies, which have the chance to demonstrate their professionalism.
The Award ceremony will take place during the celebration of the 2016 IACDS Annual Meeting, to be held in Munich, the 17th April 2016.
The top three winning entries will be awarded with a recognition plate and an invitation to the Annual Meeting.
