The undersigned hereby files an application for membership to the
International Association of Concrete Drillers and Sawers (IACDS).
He has received the by-laws and taken notice of them. (Read by-laws ... PDF)
In particular, he complies with section 4 of the by-laws, which reads as follows:
Section 4, MEMBERSHIP
The association is composed of:
Bigger national Associations
Smaller national Associations
Individual members
Bigger national Associations
are national trade Associations of concrete drillers and sawers with 50 or more members (all member categories included).
Smaller national Associations
are national trade Associations of concrete drillers and sawers with less than 50 members (all member categories included). They can declare themselves as big national Associations. In this case, they have the rights and duties of bigger national Associations.
Individual members are
manufacturers or dealers of machines, tools or auxiliary material for the con-crete drilling industry and other individuals or corporations.
contractors in countries in which national Associations do not exist or whose national association is not an IACDS member.
In the delegates conference all members have the right to vote. The number of voting rights is:
Bigger national Associations: 4 votes each member
Smaller national Associations: 2 votes each member
Individual members: 1 vote each member
President, vice-president or auditor belong to a national association. In all other matters, the members of the other categories are equal to national association members.
The annual membership fees were stipulated at the Delegate Meeting of June 4/5, 2009 in Dublin as follows:
Bigger national Associations: CHF 3000.-, smaller national Associations: CHF 1500.-, individual members: CHF 500.-.
This amount is payable within 30 days following the acceptance to the association.
