Have a look at the marketing opportunities of the IACDS Annual Convention 2018

IACDS has designed marketing opportunities addressed to the supplier companies in order to show their products and new developments in the IACDS Annual Convention 2018, to be held in June 21-23, May, in Tokio (Japan).

There are two options: exhibitor and sponsor.

The exhibitor package includes a desk at the exhibition area, the logo of the company in the event materials (mailing, program, newsletters…), and two professional tickets.

On the other hand, the sponsor package includes, as well as the benefits of the sponsor package, the logo in a preferential position and in a bigger size, four professionals tickets, two tickets for the formal dinner and a full page of advertising in the conference book.

In order to increase the visibility of the supplier companies, IACDS offers extra packages of sponsorship: the welcome cocktail, the lanyard and the delegate bag of the attendants.

Finally, it is important to know it does not allow the participation of other suppliers in the event, which are not exhibitors, sponsors and protectors, as assistants.
